Corey has been fishing on Santee Cooper Lake his entire life. His grandfather was an avid fisherman and provided guiding services for Catfish and Stripers on Santee Cooper for 58 years. From a young age, Corey naturally found a passion and love for fishing.

At the age of 10 he became his Grandfathers 1st mate over his summer breaks from school and his free weekends. For 6 years he followed in his grandfathers foot steps learning as much as possible about fishing on Santee Cooper Lake.

Now at the age of 33, Corey is taking the knowledge, experiences,  and life lessons learned over the years and is helping other anglers create memories on Santee Cooper Lake that will last a lifetime!

Corey is also a very successful bass tournament angler and regularly competes in Bass Tournaments all over South Carolina.  2024 is Corey’s first full year as a professional fisherman, both as a tournament angler and as a USCG approved guide.
